Auto-renew pre-paid passes

Once your credit or debit card is stored in Mindbody, the pack ‘auto-renews’ when the balance is zero or the expiry period is reached.

Conditions

• Minimum commitment:  two auto-renews

• Expiry: follows regular pre-paid i.e. 5-pack – 5 weeks, 10-pack – 10 weeks

• Termination period: Provide notice 30 days prior to next auto-renew and after minimum commitment period (90 days) has been fulfilled.

• Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferrable

• All other in-studio guidelines apply to sessions paid by this method
