New client courses
Once you’ve completed your kick-off intro sessions, join The Movement Refinery for a five-week course to learn the fundamentals of human movement and then progress to a Classical Pilates immersion.
We offer our courses across the Studio (Cadillac, Mat, Barrels) as well as The Reformer. All clients begin with course S1 (Studio 1) or R1 (Reformer 1) and then progress to S2 and R2.
Once completed, clients may be ready for our semi-autonomous programme, Joe’s Gym. -
Clinical Exercise
If you have an injury, require rehabilitation, are using exercise as a tool to manage a chronic condition and require assistance in session, our clinical exercise or semi-private programme is for you: this program is specific to clinical goals, we assess you prior to kick-off, take objective measures and then re-measure every 10 weeks to ensure targeting programming for your clinical needs. These sessions are also suitable for pre and post-natal care.

Focussed Private training
In these sessions, there is no one else to compare yourself with. We challenge you to build on each session and grow with your teacher.
Private sessions are equally as beneficial for rehabilitation and sports performance enhancement and are often the best way to train if you have unique goals or are preparing for a Pilates teacher training programme.

The Lineage Programme
To bridge the gap between pure Pilates and modern life our Studio Director has pioneered a multi-level programme for group classes that incorporates drills, building blocks and adaptive tools to promote learning, physical proficiency and measurable progress for those looking to level up. Please note that this programme is at capacity and we direct new clients to our new client courses and onwards to Joe’s Gym.

Joe's Gym
Once you’ve been through the new client courses or are a seasoned client of ours, you may wish to take your training to the next step… semi-autonomous sessions.
You’ll complete a couple of private sessions to establish your programme and within the class, you’ll lead yourself through the workout. Of course, there will be a coach on hand to get you settled and offer some feedback. In fact, this is how the original Pilates studio ran in New York City. Training in this way gives you access to all of the equipment and targeted results. -
Autonomous training
Once you are embedded in the studio culture and feel comfortable in the studio on your own, we encourage you to take up autonomous training. This stream offers you the ultimate flexibility; including scheduling, workout design, duration and pricing.
