21 Years of Helping Everyday Bodies Move Without Fear
Managing a long-term medical diagnosis requires more than generic fitness advice or a standard gym membership. Led by Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs), we provide evidence-based, individually tailored exercise prescriptions that improve clinical biomarkers, protect cardiovascular capacity, and restore day-to-day stamina—all delivered in a calm, Health At Every Size (HAES)- aligned environment.
Conditions We Support Daily
Targeted exercise therapy designed around your specific pathology, medications, and daily energy envelope.
GLUCOSE & INSULIN REGULATION
Skeletal muscle is your largest metabolic sink. We prescribe targeted resistance and aerobic conditioning to stimulate non-insulin-dependent glucose uptake (GLUT4 translocation), improve HbA1c levels, optimize lipid profiles, and manage metabolic syndrome without extreme exhaustion.
Type 2 Diabetes & Metabolic Health
JOINT & CONNECTIVE TISSUE PRESERVATION
Osteoarthritis & Systemic Joint Health
Evidence-based neuromuscular loading designed to nourish articular cartilage, distribute joint forces, and reduce systemic inflammation. As accredited providers, we draw upon the clinically proven GLA:D® framework to reduce pain and restore hip and knee function.
VASCULAR & AUTONOMIC HEALTH
Cardiovascular & Blood Pressure Management
Individualised exercise protocols for hypertension, post-cardiac event reconditioning, and peripheral artery disease. We utilise precise interval dosing, continuous blood pressure monitoring, and low-friction apparatus to lower arterial stiffness and rebuild functional cardiac reserve safely.
MULTI-MORBIDITY & COMPLEX CARE
Respiratory, Renal & Autoimmune Conditions
Safe, coordinated movement support for chronic kidney disease, mild-to-moderate COPD, asthma, and persistent fatigue syndromes. We monitor oxygen saturation, adjust for symptom flare-ups, and balance energy pacing to prevent post-exertional depletion.
CLINICAL PRECISION
Objective Monitoring: Beyond Subjective Guesswork
Exercise acts on your biochemistry just like pharmaceuticals—dosage, intensity, and frequency must be accurately measured. We establish verifiable baselines during intake, incorporating VALD dynamometry and force assessments to track muscle force production, functional capacity, and limb balance. We routinely monitor resting and exertion blood pressure, heart-rate recovery, and perceived exertion, providing clear, objective data that makes your GP smile.
Our structured treatment pathway
A deliberate, three-stage diagnostic intake ensuring medical safety and sustainable progress.
Step 1: Thorough Initial Assessments
Two unhurried, comprehensive consultations. We evaluate your neurological history, medication timing, vestibular balance, gait mechanics, autonomic triggers, and functional daily priorities, complete with initial VALD testing.
A clear discussion of your personal goals, symptom triggers, and what success looks like for you
Step 2: Custom, Safe Prescription
We walk through your bespoke exercise prescription together on the studio apparatus. We establish safe loading parameters, teach proper breathing and pacing techniques, and map out your digital home program via Physitrack.
Step 3: 60-Minute Ongoing Clinical Sessions
Targeted 1:1 clinical sessions or closely supervised small clinical groups. We progressively advance your physical capacity, monitor your vitals, and conduct structured term reviews to ensure you stay on track.
Regular re-evaluations to track outcomes with formal progress updates shared directly with your GP or specialist team
