Attend two private sessions before the course kicks off so that we can teach you the basics at your pace, get to know your needs and work without distraction. We may also provide a home exercise programme or refer to allied health practitioners to reinvigorate your well-being.

Ongoing group classes are a fabulous way to learn our methodology but you’ll need to be free of acute or chronic injuries, able to kneel comfortably, weight bear on the hands for a plank and have solid range of motion in your shoulders.

We take Pilates, your health and resources very seriously, rest assured we have your best interests at heart and may direct you to private or autonomous classes instead.

Unfortunately our group classes don’t cater for pregnancy at this time

Once you have completed these introductory sessions, your next step with the Pilates method is our new client course A - pre-pilates, body conditioning, the studio equipment and your body.

Cost: Intro package deal - $240 paid in advance at the time of registration (RRP $350) - to reserve your place in course A.

New client course A - Mat, Cadillac, barrels

Once you’ve finished your private sessions and are cleared to join the group stream … Join in with a small group studio course for eight weeks with no more than six other clients. Depending on your current condition and goals, you may participate once per week or twice. To supercharge your experience, you are welcome to supplement with private sessions during this month if you’re wanting to really reach your health goals.

What’s covered: Body conditioning, classical Pilates fundamentals, building solid exercise culture

Apparatus used: Introductory course: Mat, Cadillac, Barrels, props

8 week course - Wednesday 7:30pm and Saturdays 11:15am - W/C August 4, 11, 18, 25 and September 1, 15, 18, 22

This course is a pre-requisite for future training

Once you’ve completed Client course A, join us and focus on learning the Classical Reformer.


Join in with a small group studio course for seven weeks (plus one week off for a public holiday) with six other clients (maximum).

What’s covered: Reformer apparatus fundamentals, transitions, conventions of use, Reformer fundamental series, safety

Apparatus used: Classical Reformer

7 week course: Monday 7:30pm and Saturdays 10am, W/C October 6, 13, 20, 27 and November 10, 17, 24 - please note one week off for those wishing to enjoy a long weekend for Melbourne Cup.

This course is a pre-requisite for future training

Course investment:

Once you’ve completed Client course A, join us and focus on learning elements of the Classical Wunda Chair and consolidate your mat and barrel experience too!

This is a smaller course, maximum of five participants and is more physical than course A.

What’s covered: Integration of previous material in more functional positions

Apparatus used: Studio equipment + Wunda chairs

Course investment: Pay in advance: $135
